Warranty Policy

We are so confident with the quality of our product that we offer a lifetime warranty on all our products

Each warranty claim is processed individually once the warranty details (below) have been emailed through. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response once your email has been submitted. 

We will replace any manufacturing defect or workmanship defects; fabric, zippers, seams, buckles, metal and construction etc on all of our products free of charge.

*Please note - the term lifetime is the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately not yours and ours.

We do not cover: Sun damage (we do not recommend our hammocks are kept in the sun for extended periods of time as it will cause discoloration and can cause tearing)

1. Accidental damage (burns and animal damage)
2. Improper care or use (Please do not use straps around sharp objects eg bricks)
3. Normal wear and tear
